Google-AdsenseUndoubtedly, Google Adsense is one of the best ways of earning free money online via your site or blog. However, due to a number of reasons, many bloggers and Webmasters hate the Adsense program. The fact of the matter is, a good amount of bloggers embark with their blogs simply to make money online through Adsense. However, looking at the complications they experience while treading this path compel them to hate this program from the giant search engine. There are very few people who enjoy a steady income from this program, while the rest of us are seen struggling to get the approval from Google. Even though few who manage to get the approval see their accounts blocked at any point of time for no big reason. These are some of the key reasons, why more and more bloggers and Webmasters are seen hating Adsense a lot. Here are 5 key reasons why I as well as many other bloggers/Webmasters now strongly dislike Google Adsense :

1) Difficult to Get Approval

A majority of webmasters and bloggers simply want to make money from day one, which compel to apply for the Adsense account the very same day. However, Google Adsense follow a very stringent set of terms and conditions, which makes the process of approval very much difficult. The policies they have are much tougher to specific nations especially the ones based in Asian continent. This is basically due to the frauds and short cuts people have derived to make money via the Adsense program from Asian nations. Moreover, you can even find cases of people applying for the Adsense account after substantial amount of time like 6-12 months yet, their application were denied for no good reason. So, a big reason out there to hate Google Adsense!

2) Your Adsense Account Gets Banned Without Any Reason

Google has loads of set guidelines for working with the Adsense program, which many people do not undergo. Even if you have an account, which is smoothly running that doesn’t mean it cannot be banned by Google. You can find a number of cases where Google has banned the accounts without even showcasing any tangible reason. Such instances are very much common these days, a simple search over any search engine can enlist you a number of cases of people suffering from such unknown banning of their accounts. Once Google bans your account, it becomes next to impossible to reinstate your account. So, another big reason out there to hate Adsense!

3) Low CPC (Cost Per Click)

If you belong to any non US or Western European nations, you cannot simply enjoy big earnings like those located in Westernized countries. For the larger European nations, the cost-per-click is much higher than the countries based in the east. As per estimate, people earn these places more than 2 dollars per click, which is not the case at the eastern world nations. Generally the amount they make per click range from 1-5 cents, which is really a small amount. Even if you have a good traffic over your site, it may not fetch you a substantial income. This is certainly not the case at the US or western European countries. So, you have one more reason to hate Google Adsense.

4) No Customer Support

Though you are provided with an email address for support on anything Adsense or any Google-related issue, in terms of reply or support it is good for nothing. Despite my sending lots of emails about any problem I’ve faced for Google Adsense or any other issue, I hardly received any reply from the support team. In other words, the email support, or any other kind of support for that matter, from Google about Adsense program, is horrid. This gives another big reason for Webmasters and bloggers to hate it.

 5) Less Editorial Control

Google has millions of advertisers, giving different ad content results for the Adsense program. You do not have any control what is posted over your blog and which one to avoid. This is a real problem if your website is trying to maintain a professional image. However, if you are interested in having good control over the editorial content, there is a WordPress plugin called OIOPublisher, priced at $47, that can be useful in doing this job for you in serving manual Ads. This plugin can guide you with matters like finding the right ad spot, the amount of money to earn from the ad, finding details about the advertisers, and provide you with statistics about different relevant Adsense material.

Though there is no two thought about the fact that Google Adsense is the best way of making money online. However, with these reasons it simply becomes an object of hate.
